Statement of Work.

Client acknowledges receiving, reading and understanding EraseMughots.com’s “Content Removal Agreement”. Prior to initiating your removal solution with EraseMugshots.com, all client are given a detailed statement of work that outlined their removal project in detail.

Refund Policy.

The fees for Services are non-refundable providing EraseMugshots begins the process of content removal.

If EraseMugshots is unsuccessful in removing the unwanted content you may have the option to work out a partial or full refund with your designated account manager or sales representative. Please read your entire statement of work before contacting us in efforts of receiving a refund (some removals do not offer refunds).

Fees.

You agree to pay all fees specified herein. Except otherwise specified, all payment obligations are non-cancel-able. Once any removal solution is initiated the client may only cancel service if EraseMugshots is unsuccessful in the timeframe allotted.

Please be patient during the removal and deindexing period as once the content is deleted from the source it may take Google, Bing, and Yahoo in upwards of 2-weeks to update their search results to reflect the change.

Taxes, Late Fees and Penalties.

If any fees due to us are not received by the agreed due date, then we may charge you interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, from the date such payment was due until the date paid.

If you know ahead of time that you will need a few extra days or a week to make a payment please contact us 48-hours before your payment date in efforts to reschedule your payment(s).
